It's super easy to join our Displate Club! Just follow the steps below:

1. Go to  Displate Club Page.
2. If you’re not logged in, log in or create an account.
3. Pick your offer and add it to the cart.
4. Make the payment to be welcomed to the Club.

You can also just join by ticking the 'Join Displate Club for free shipping on your next orders & additional benefits' checkbox in the cart. But here you’ll see only the cheapest option to join.

From now on, you'll be all set as a Displate Club member and Displate collector.

Alternatively, you can join the Displate Club within 200 days after your last order was shipped, based on your previous purchase. In this case, you don’t need to buy new Displates. If you already have an account, you’ll find this option in your account settings. If not, please create an account first to view the option to join. 

As a Displate Club member and collector, you'll pay a flat monthly fee. In the 12th month, you'll receive a voucher in your account. With the Dynamic Subscription Fee option, you'll receive a voucher every 12 months equal to your initial order value. Alternatively, the Flat Subscription Fee option provides a voucher for one Medium Size Displate in your choice of Matte, Gloss, or Textra finish.

This voucher will remain valid for 90 days from its issue date, so be sure to use it before it expires. To redeem the voucher, simply log in to your account and apply it at checkout under the 'I have a discount code' section.

Also, if you joined the Displate Club as a guest, an email will be sent with a link to complete your account registration, allowing you access to all membership benefits.

At the moment, we offer two types of subscription fees: a Dynamic Subscription Fee and a Flat Subscription Fee, a limited-time offer. 

- Dynamic Subscription Fee: This fee is determined before you join and is calculated individually based on the size, type, finish, and quantity of Displates in your initial order. Once set, it remains fixed for the duration of your membership. To view different dynamic fees, add your desired Displate or Displates to the cart, and the monthly fee will be displayed above the checkout button. Your Displate Club benefits are closely linked to your initial order. In the 12th month of being in the Club, you'll receive a voucher equal to the price of the Displate(s) from your initial order, excluding shipping.

- Flat Subscription Fee: This option is available for those who prefer a set fee not influenced by their order size or value. It is a fixed fee per month offering fixed benefits, including a permanent discount and a voucher after 12 months for 1 x Medium Size Dipslate either in Matte, Gloss, or Textra, excluding shipping.

Both fees remain unchanged during your 12-month billing period. If subscription prices increase, existing members will not be affected during their current 12-month billing period, and members will be notified via email.

After placing your initial order and joining the Displate Club, you'll automatically receive an exclusive discount and free shipping on your subsequent orders. Please note that the promotion does not apply to Limited Edition Displates, and Displate Stand, and is valid as long as you maintain your Displate Club membership.

To create your custom metal print, simply head to the Custom Displate tab in the main menu. Upload your image, crop and preview it in our easy-to-use editor, then pick your size, finish, and optional frame. If you’re a Displate Club member, make sure you're logged into your Displate account to automatically receive a special discounted price at checkout.

Yes, you can cancel your Displate Club membership at any time. Simply go to your account, navigate to the 'Account Settings' section, and click 'Cancel Membership.'

The voucher you receive depends on your subscription type:

- Dynamic Subscription Fee: After 12 months, you'll get a voucher for free Displate(s) equal to the value of your initial order. If your initial purchase included Limited or Ultra Limited Edition Displates, the voucher will correspond to an M-size or L-size matte Displate, respectively.

- Flat Subscription Fee: You'll receive a voucher for one Matte size Displate with your preferred finish—matte or gloss, with or without frames. The voucher is also valid for Textra finish.

Displates purchased using a Displate Club voucher are non-refundable, in accordance with our policy.
