Right of withdrawal
As per our Terms of Use, you may withdraw from your purchase within 100 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
To withdraw from your purchase, please complete the form below. Once submitted, you will receive a confirmation email with the next steps and shipping address to return your Displates.
- Custom Displates and Displates bought with Displate Club vouchers are not eligible for withdrawal as per our Terms of Use
- Submitting this form does not automatically trigger a refund. Refunds will be processed only after the merchandise is returned to us.

After receiving your returned items, we will contact you to confirm your order cancellation and your refund will be processed within 14 days.
Original shipping costs are refunded in case of full order withdrawal. For partial withdrawal the shipping costs will be forfeited.
When you submit the form, please make sure to select only the items you’d like to withdraw from.
You can cancel your Displate Club membership here. Only cancellations within 14 days from the date of purchase are eligible for membership refund.
