You can only redeem your Gift Card for one of the options available below depending on the Gift Card type that you purchased:

• M size Textra Displate 
• L size Displate in matte finish without frame
• L size Displate in gloss finish without frame
• L size Textra Displate in gloss finish without frame

A Gift Card covers the shipping, however, international customs fee may apply in certain countries (please check the cart).

Gift cards are valid for one year from its issuing date.

Yes, you may get a refund of unused Gift Card up to 100 days of purchase. Refund will be made to the original method of payment.

We are afraid that there is no such a possibility to get a refund after the Gift Card expires. Please keep in mind that it is valid for one year from its issuing date, plenty of time to think it over!

The risk of loss is passed to the buyer upon our electronic transmission of a Gift Card at the e-mail address provided while ordering. Displate is not responsible if any Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without your permission.

You can choose to have the Gift Card delivered instantly or at a later date but not later than 30 days of purchase. The Gift Card will be delivered at 8 AM your local time. How great is that! The recipient will receive their Gift Card via the email you provided.
