We want you to smile when you receive your Displate. If, for some reason, you are not happy with the purchase, please contact us! We will fix it.

Shipping

Expected delivery time is 3-4 business days. Please check the cart. The shipping time includes manufacturing process, shipping and handling. The shipping cost depends on the total weight of the package, the country of shipment and fuel fee. In order to check precise shipping cost, the chosen product must be added to the cart.

All parcels are securely packed and sent by DHL, UPS or Fedex couriers. Every parcel has its individual tracking number. In order to obtain it, click here (remember to include the order number in your mail).

Return Policy

If you change your mind, you can return your Displate product within 100 calendar days of delivery for a 100% refund of the product price, plus the original shipping and handling fees. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition, and the mounting system must be unused.

In case of a partial return, the original shipping cost and handling fees are not refundable. Also, the custom prints and Displates obtained with a Displate Club voucher are non-refundable. As for a Safe Wall Magnet Mounting System, a 3D Magnet or a Displate Stand, you may return it as per our policy above, however, partial returns of a Safe Wall Magnet Mounting System are not possible.

Please write your full shipping details on the outside of the package as they appear on your order, and include a note inside with your order ID. This helps us identify your return and speed up your refund.

Once we receive and inspect your order, we will contact you to confirm the return. Your refund will be processed within 14 days of this confirmation.
