The Mikoyan-Gurevich MiG-15 is a Soviet jet fighter aircraft that was designed and produced by the Mikoyan-Gurevich Design Bureau. It was one of the first successful jet fighters to be produced in the Soviet Union, and it saw extensive service in the Korean War. The MiG-15 was a single-engine, single-seat aircraft with a swept wing and a tricycle landing gear. It was powered by a Klimov VK-1 turbojet engine, and it had a maximum speed of 670 mph. The MiG-15 was armed with two 23mm cannons and could carry a variety of bombs and rockets.
