Need help deciding?

The SPAD S.VII was a French fighter aircraft of World War I. Produced by the Societe Pour L'Aviation et ses Derives (SPAD), the S.VII was designed by Louis Bethenod and Raymond Saulnier. It was a single-seat biplane with a wooden propeller and fixed landing gear. The S.VII was powered by a Hispano-Suiza 8A engine and armed with two Lewis machine guns. The S.VII entered service in 1916 and quickly became one of the most successful fighter aircraft of the war. It was flown by many famous aces, including Georges Guynemer, Charles Nungesser, and Frank Luke.
