The Peugeot 9x8 is a Le Mans Hypercar designed and built by Peugeot Sport for the 2022 FIA World Endurance Championship. It is the first car from Peugeot to compete in the top category of endurance racing since the 908 HDi FAP in 2011. The 9x8 is a hybrid car, featuring a 2.6-liter twin-turbocharged V6 engine and a single electric motor. It has a maximum power output of 680 horsepower and a top speed of 218 mph. The 9x8 is a radical departure from Peugeot's previous endurance racing cars, featuring a sleek and futuristic design. It is also the first Peugeot to feature a hybrid powertrain.
