The BAC 167 Strikemaster is a British single-engine, two-seat jet trainer and light attack aircraft designed and built by British Aerospace (BAe). It was developed from the earlier BAC Jet Provost and entered service with the Royal Air Force (RAF) in 1967. The Strikemaster was exported to a number of other countries, including Oman, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and Singapore. It was used in a number of conflicts, including the Dhofar Rebellion, the Gulf War, and the Yugoslav Wars.
