The photo is of the Faraglioni rock formations off the coast of Capri, Italy. The Faraglioni are three limestone stacks that rise out of the Mediterranean Sea. The largest of the stacks is called the Faraglione di Mezzo, and it is about 100 meters tall. The other two stacks are called the Faraglione di Fuori and the Faraglione di Terra, and they are about 80 and 60 meters tall, respectively. The Faraglioni are a popular tourist destination, and they can be reached by boat from Capri. There are many myths and legends associated with the Faraglioni, one of which is that they were once a group of giants who were turned to stone by the gods.
