F14 TOMCAT
The F-14 Tomcat is a supersonic, twin-engine, variable-sweep wing fighter aircraft developed for the United States Navy by Grumman Aerospace Corporation. The Tomcat was designed as a replacement for the F-4 Phantom II and entered service in 1974. The F-14 was retired from the U.S. Navy in 2006, but it continues to serve with the Islamic Republic of Iran Air Force.
