The AMX 30 is a French main battle tank that was developed in the 1960s and entered service in 1967. It was designed to replace the AMX-13 light tank and to provide the French Army with a more modern and powerful tank. The AMX 30 was armed with a 105mm main gun and had a crew of four. It was powered by a diesel engine and had a maximum speed of 65 km/h. The AMX 30 was used by the French Army in a number of conflicts, including the Cold War and the Gulf War. It was also exported to a number of other countries, including Spain, Greece, and Turkey.
