This is a patent for a space navigation system invented by Bernard Cohlan and patented on January 14, 1969. The system uses a gyroscope to control the orientation of a spacecraft. It consists of a sphere with three perpendicular axes, each with a pair of jets. The jets are used to apply torques to the sphere, which cause it to rotate about the desired axis. The system can be used to control the attitude of a spacecraft, or to point a telescope or other instrument at a specific target.
