The Game Boy was designed by Gunpei Yokoi, who also designed the Nintendo Entertainment System (NES) and the Super Nintendo Entertainment System (SNES). The Game Boy has a simple design with a black and white screen and four buttons. It is powered by two AA batteries and can be played for up to 10 hours on a single set of batteries.
