The GWD Concept Sp. z o.o. short code mobile message service (the "Service") is offered by GWD Concept Sp. z o.o. ("GWD Concept Sp. z o.o.", "we", or "us"). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions ("Mobile Terms"). GWD Concept Sp. z o.o. reserves the right to introduce changes to these Mobile Terms or to the operation of the Service for important reasons, in particular in the following cases:

1. changes aimed at ensuring compliance with applicable law regulations,

2. introduction of improvements in the Service to ensure its better functionality,

3. the need to correct errors or inaccuracies in Mobile Terms,

4. another reason that could not be previously foreseen by us and requires introducing a change to the document.

You will be notified of the change to the Service or Mobile Terms via mobile message, together with an indication of where you can read the new Mobile Terms. The changes will come into effect within 14 days of notification of the change. If you do not accept the changes introduced, you can opt-out the Service by sending us a STOP message on the terms described below.

By consenting to the Service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text/RCS messages from and on behalf of GWD Concept Sp. z o.o. through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided. Messages will contain marketing and transactional content.

If your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list, but you then opt-in to our Service, then you are agreeing to receive text/RCS messages and supersede your prior decision to be placed on the Do Not Call list. Text/RCS messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with GWD Concept Sp. z o.o. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text/RCS messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your individual phone plan. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text/RCS messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to the GWD Concept Sp. z o.o. Long Code +112172109477. or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. Your STOP message will be treated by us as a wish to opt-out from all mobile message programs run by GWD Concept Sp. z o.o. to which you have subscribed. We will then remove you from all databases of people to whom we send mobile messages, unless you expressly let us know that you wish otherwise. Sending the STOP message also means that these Terms no longer apply to you.

For Service support or assistance, text HELP to GWD Concept Sp. z o.o. Long Code +112172109477. We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. For technical reasons and other reasons beyond our control, it may happen that your message, including the STOP or HELP message, may not reach us. We will then be unable to respond to your request. If you feel that we have not received your message, you can always try to send it again or contact us in another way, for example by e-mail to the address: support@displate.com.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
