How do I join Displate Club and how does it work?
It's super easy to join our Displate Club! Just follow the steps below:
1. Add your favorite Displates to your cart.
2. Once you're ready to checkout, tick 'Join Displate Club for mad perks', above the 'Checkout' box.
3. Continue checking out!
You will be charged a flat fee upfront every month. In the 12th month, you will get a voucher which will show up in your account in the section Displate Club in your Account Settings. Its amount will be equal to the price of your initial order (minus shipping). The voucher will be valid for 90 days from the date of issuing and you won't be able to use it once it expires. Just apply it at checkout under 'I have a discount code'.

What is the cost of Displate Club?
The price of Displate Club depends on the size, type and quantity of Displates in the initial order. To check the price, just add your favorite artwork to the cart and the monthly fee will be shown above the check out button.

How do I get a discount and free shipping on my subsequent orders?
After placing an initial order and signing up for Displate Club, the exclusive discount and free shipping will be automatically applied to your subsequent orders while you remain in Displate Club. Just please note that Limited Edition Displates and Lumino are excluded from the promotion.

Can I cancel my Displate Club?
You may cancel your Displate Club at any time. Just please go to your account and in the section 'Account Settings' click 'Cancel Membership'.

How can I buy a custom Displate?
Custom Displates are available only for Displate Club Members. Once you purchase Displate Club please go to 'My profile' in the top right corner of the page and then go to the section 'My overview' where you may create your own Displate.

What sizes are available for custom made Displates?
Custom Displates are only available in M size.

Can I choose a frame or gloss finish with my custom Displate?
Custom Displates are only available in matte finish without the possibility to add frames.

What is the price of a custom Displate?
The price of a custom Displate equals to cost of a medium size Displate. Also, as a club member, you won’t need to pay for shipping.😊
