How to mount a Displate?

Clean the wall with cleaning wipe and let it dry out completely.

Stick the leaf peel off the back paper, stick it onto the wall and press around to remove air bubbles.

Peel off the foil from the magnet.

Stick the magnet in the middle of the protective leaf and press hard.

Mark the upper left corner to know where to start hanging first Displate. Then remove the template from the wall.

What is the estimated time of delivery?

Expected delivery time is up to 3-5 business days, depending on the shipping destination.
The shipping time includes manufacturing process, shipping and handling.
What are the shipping costs?

The shipping costs depend on the total weight of the package, the country of shipment and fuel fee.
In order to check precise shipping costs, the chosen product must be added to the cart.
Will there be any custom fees applied to my order?

Depending on the destination, there is a possibility of an additional duty fee. Its amount depends on a specific countries regulation and the value of the goods.
Any costs related to customs duties shall be paid by the buyer.
What is your return policy?

You may return a Displate within 100 calendar days of delivery and you will receive 100% refund. The product is eligible for return if it is in the original state and the mounting system has not been used. Displate needs to be sent at the customer’s cost to the address provided here. After receiving the package the amount will be refunded to your account within 14 days. Please note that in case of returning only a part of the received Displates the original shipping costs won’t be refunded. As for Displate Box, no partial refunds are possible. Also, please note that return policy is not applied to custom prints as well as Pixplates (custom prints are non-refundable).
Is the mounting system included in the price?

Yes, it is. Our mounting system includes a magnet or magnets, depending on the size of your Displate.
Can I remove magnet from the wall?

You can try to remove a magnet from the wall by using, for example, a hair dryer. The glue will warm up and get away from the surface easier. It is worth recommending that once a magnet is removed from the wall, it cannot be used again.

I live in the United States in the heart of the country. I discovered Displates earlier in the year from a Facebook add. They caught my attention and I browsed on their site for a bit. I didn’t buy any back then due to the high prices. When they advertised 40% off of your total purchase for Black Friday/ Cyber Monday I couldn’t help but give it ago. I did an impulse buy and ordered 2 xl plates and 6 large plates. I went through with my order before I read the reviews on the company. Others have had issues with their print quality. Some never received their order at all. After reading the reviews I started to regret my decision. A day after I placed my order I got an email from Displate with my package tracking number through DHL. It worked in real time and updated itself 2 times a day. 2 days later I received my 8 plates all the way from Poland. My plates have great quality and detail. Many people complain that the XL prints are on 4 separate plates but, the website clearly says that. The division lines are not even that noticeable if you mount them close enough. After my experience I would buy more if they have another sale.

Good company

Good company. Good product. My order was slightly damaged due to storage when I received them. I contacted customer service, who were proactive and they sent me out a replacement, super fast and in good condition; emailing me along the way. My prints now hang wherever I like, using the magnetic mounts.

Displates are high quality and so easy to interchange and put up

Displates are high quality,they arrived very fast, they are so easy to put up it is incredible! And my favorite aspect is that you can switch them around easily to change the mood of the room for the season or depending on what you are doing. You can also adjust how they are on the wall because the magnet holds the poster from the sides not just the middle, so if you place your magnet well, you can really move them around easily or change the look no problem. I love them!
